CANCELLATIONS
Members wishing to cancel a booking should notify the outings organiser (Sonia Crossley).
If the ticket can be resold a refund will be made less £2 per seat to cover costs.
If the cancellation is made within 30 days of the date of the outing
NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN
THURSDAY 12TH JUNE
Windsor Castle
and an optional visit to Savill Gardens
While at the Castle you will able to visit the: State Apartments, Semi State Rooms, Queen Mary’s Dolls House, St Georges Chapel, The Moat Room and of course delight in all the treasures of the Castle. If you choose not to go to the garden you can also spend time in Windsor town shopping and having a bite to eat
If you wish, the coach will collect you (at a location designated on the day) to take you to Savill Garden which is 4 miles from the Castle. This will incur an extra charge.

Chyngton Gardens (A259 bus stop) at 7.45am
Sutton Corner Bus Stop at 7.50am
Seaford Train station bus stop at 7.55am
Denton Corner at 8am

Wednesday 17th September
Harold Hillier Gardens, Romsey, Hampshire
These gardens boast 180 acres of beautiful formal and informal gardens which include: Home to the UK’s largest collection of Champion Trees, One of the largest winter Gardens in Europe, 42,000 plants from temperate regions, One of the longest double herbaceous borders in the world, 14 National collections.
There are also various places to get refreshments.
